Three Daily Yoga Classes with Laura
The Morning Class: Spend 60-minutes gently opening and engaging the body and preparing for your day of eco-tours, spending time on the beach, or just reading in your hammock on your veranda. (And, of course, two more yoga sessions!)
The Afternoon Class: The afternoon session is 2-hours time for yoga and discussion. We will spend the week cultivating groundedness in our bodies to allow us to move more easily from our core. When the physical body is used well, the actions reverberate. You’ll find opening your heart is easier and more effortless. Although this outline is subject to change based on the needs of the group, the plan is for each day to have a different focus: feet, knees, hips, shoulders, spine, and, finally, core.
The Evening Class: Spend 60- to 75-minutes, quieting the body and taking yourself to a deeply reflective state that allows you to experience the openness of your heart. We will do a mixture of restorative yoga, breathing, and meditation.
